OpenQASM

Also: qasm, openqasm 3

A text language for describing quantum circuits, used to move circuits between tools and onto hardware.

Qiskit, Braket and most other stacks read and write it. The simulator here imports and exports OpenQASM 3, including exact π fractions for rotation angles.
